Same glitch with me. Went back through and showed no openings for this weekend.

I went back and tried again and it said that I could not make reservations because I already had reservations for the weekend but there was a server error when I had originally hit confirm. I never got a "confirmation page" or anything like that. What a mess. Do I have reservations or do I not?!?!!? Called both Dallas and the park and nobody seems to know anything nor are they able to help. They just say to go to the website because its all done online. Jeez...

A "mess" is not the word I have for it. I am done with it. Don't really want to fish 100 degree water in 102 degree temp anyway. May try again in November or December.

I called and they said you should recieve a confirmation e-mail but they didnt know when. I think the error is a glich with the confirmation page that is supposed to be generated. If you try and do it again it will not let you because you are already reserved. A buddy of mine went in after me and it let him do it.

Opening the lake this time of year was by design to reduce the pressure, there are definitely places to go in north texas that are better with the 100 degree heat thats forecast this weekend. We tried to do fairfield in august one time... never again.

It is the very first day, I'm not surprised that all the bugs have not been worked out. Be patient and they will have it fixed before long

No offense but fairfield does not even come close in comparison to squaw creek

I'm sure it doesn't, just using the comparison because they're both power plant lakes, when its that hot its miserable to be on them, very hard to keep from getting dehydrated.

Same thing here. It is a glitch that will get worked out. I am assuming that if you can't register again, you are in.

You guys would bish if you were hung with a new rope. smile
