1 cup self rising corn meal
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 large onion chopped fine
1 egg room temp
1 can creamed corn
1/4 cup ShinerBock beer room temp
2 Jalapeno Pepper minus seeds chop fine
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients about 1/2 hour before cooking
Peanut oil at 350 drop in about 1/2 teaspoon balls as they really grow.
BEST YOU WILL EVER HAVE IMHO
