He's had my reel for over a month now. Hasn't answered my PM's for two and a half weeks. I'm not gonna personally attack him cause I don't want to get put on probation from the forum, but this is ridiculous. I lost his real name and address, but I do know he from west of Fort Worth, Aledo I think. Trust me, I WILL get my reel back one way or the other and if anyone on here knows where he's at tell him to mail me my reel back...He's already got my money and I already paid the shipping.

Just please do not go off half-cocked.
May be completely legitimate, no way yet to know.
I have been in the same predicament myself, several lengthy hospital stays, then extended recovery times at home.
Even after returning home, I have been in a condition where I was still unable to so much as lift a cup of coffee for a week or better.
Let alone get up just to answer the telephone or anything that was not absolute necessity.
Boy, I had some people mad at me! But I could not help it.
Not saying this is the case here, but no telling.

It would seem to me that as a business owner myself, I would at the very least delegate the responsibility of notifying my customers of my inability to work to a friend or family member.

My clients are the most important part of my business. And, if I absolutely have to sideline a client's project, I always notify my clients and apologize with an added discount for their inconvenience.

I hope Bikeman is well and that this is only a minor hiccup.

I agree Tory...He has my phone number, address, and my PM. He could at least let me know whats going on. Two and a half weeks ago he PM'd me and said they should be done by Thursday the 13th. That was the last I heard from him.

Hi Tory.
I was really mentioning the type of thing where is no chance to contact the customer.

I have myself a couple of times now awakened unable to see or talk for a while with tubes everywhere, turns out I had been in the hospital for several days on life support.

Pretty difficult to notify customers when one moment you are doing something, next moment (2 weeks later) you wake up in the hospital.

I know that is extreme, but it does happen, you never know.

Racing75, check out this link from here that i looked up http://texasfishingforum.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/userposts/id/42843
shows hi last post was made on the 9th of this month, so maybe something is wrong that he is unable to contact anyone because it also shows he makes posts on here about no more that 5 days apart and theres roughly 80 pages of his posts. I personally dont know him just seen him post around here but i dont think hes tryna rip your reels off IMO and to my my understanding hes not a business owner just a guy who cleans reels for ppl off this forum. Either way i hope u get your reels back

Good luck fella's -- I traded him some supplies -- well you guessed it -- still waiting for his side of the deal - 3 mo ago

Please do not post people's personal contact info on the open forum. If any of you have been ripped off and want to try and contact Bikeman, send a PM to JP or Bazztex and they can furnish contact info to you. Thanks!
