Its that time again for the 3rd Annual Lake Fork Open sponsored by Sartin Marine, Steve's Custom Props, ClownCo, ChemCal, PowerTech propellers, Hydro Dynamics, Captain Gary's Marine Care Products, Armadillo Rod and Repair.

This years event is a team event with a $150 entry fee.

It is an open event to all anglers and boats even though it is titled the "Bullet Owners Tournament". What that means is that this event is a meet and greet for these dedicated Bullet Boat Owners who at their cost sponsor the operating, door prize and advertising expenses for this event at no cost to the anglers competing.

Entry forms are available at www.jcoutdoors.com. Today is the mail in deadline for entries. I will be at the working mans event on Lake Fork both tuesday night at the Minnow Bucket and Thursday night at Lake Fork Marina for those who would like to submit their entry at that time.

Onsite registration will be Friday @ Lake Fork Marina from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and again on Saturday morning beginning at 4:00am. Torunament hours are 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Billy Sartin and Sartin Marine will be providing a catered Barbecue Dinner for all contestants at the weigh in. Door prizes will be awarded at the weigh in as well.

This year we are not competing with another tournament out of Axton's Marina so we should see a good turnout. Come join us, the Lake Fork Bass are waiting.

Jim Sr. The barbecue is on Billy Sartins dime, he said to come see him and he will see that you get fed. Its like $8 a plate I think.
I am getting lots of phone calls on this event so it looks like a good turnout on the way. Last year we had 73 entries and the year before I think they had 85. This year we do not have to compete against the Axton's-Rains County COC event which should help our draw.

All pre registered entrants please check in with us either Friday evening from 6 to 10 or Saturday morning from 4am until ? to get your dinner and raffle coupons.
