Im sure the Waco maps would sell well. There isn't a really good one I have found yet. Hopefully it will show the old lake level as well.

This may be a stupid question, but is there a possibility of these maps being produced or are we just peeing into the wind and trying not to get wet?

I talked to the son of the company owner yesterday at work (Mack's Discount Tackle). Atlantic Mapping is out of Marietta, Georgia, and they produce a large number of lake maps for that state, as well as Alabama, and other states in the Southeast. They're just now getting into Texas. I recommended Tyler, and Waco because the market is wide open for maps of these two lakes, and there is significant tournament activity on both lakes.
