I am thinking about getting into trailer camping and would like to know if anybody out there has heard of a way to pull a camper and take a smaller boat along. I have a 95 GMC 4X4 pickup and I �m thinking about getting a 20ftish pull behind camper which creates the problem of how to take the boat along. I think that hauling it in an upright position sounds the best but I�m not sure if anything is available on the market to do this. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of boat r u talking about? I tow a 30 foot TT with my 2 quads on the front deck and a Jeep in tow behind the trailer. Its a litle tricky finding parking spots and making some turns but its still worth it (overall length is 64 feet). Having breaks on the TT and the Jeep helps slow everything down, having a good diesel helps it all get moving. Also makes for some funny looks while going down the road

I am from Illinois and that would be illegal. I agree it would certainly work we don't have that option.

I have a two-man pontoon boat that I throw in the bed of the truck and pull a travel trailer behind me. I can even break it down enough to carry it inside the trailer if I want. I've done the train thing a couple times with the boat behind the trailer and let's just say I'm not a big fan of that after seeing my boat in the lane next to me. Be sure to use sway bars if you go that route.

i pull a 15ft boat behind my 26 ft trailer have a sway bar on both and a camera mounted on trailer to keep a eye on the boat, it tows find just have to get used to the extra length

i built a frame for my truck bed to haul a 15'boat on a 19'trailer in the bed of the truck and over the cab. and pull a 30'tt that way i not over length the way i load and unload is with a winch mounted on the headack rack.

get a small 5th wheel instead of bumperpull..
I pull a 28 5th wheel with 18ft bassboat behind it .
64 feet long, and legal in Texas..
receiver hitch on trailer ..
you do have to watch out for places to turn around , as I can only back up about 4-5 feet before a jackknife starts.
