Best time to catch redfish? When ever the water is wet! The fish are always there!

Does the water get too warm in the bays?

You can use this type of boat on calm days, but I would suggest something larger if the wind is blowing, east bay can get nasty quick. I guide in Matagorda, PM me if you need any help.

try the north side of grass island with pumpkin seed bass assasins or croaker/shrimp on a poppoing corkin in about 4 ft watter with the popping cork about 2 1/2-3 ft up the line
