I think the worst part of that whole thing may have been having to give up the credit card to the girlfriend. On subject though, I've always heard that you could bathe in tomato juice. Gives new meaning to the phrase, "I could've had a V8." Sorry about your incident. Good Luck -Jeff

When dogs get sprayed use tomato juice to remove the smell. But for humans? Guess anything is worth a try......

Sap, how hilarious, sorry it happened but how was the fishing, I take that it was not that good. What about the traffic to get out there, and were there any other fisherman?

I should'nt admit this but for the good of the the fourm I guessi will. A few years ago my dog was sprayed and I tried everthing tomatoe juice baking soda viniger you name it I tried it. Finaly I took him to a groomer not an easy task as he was a 150lb. Great Dane they told me come back in a couple of hours and he would smell like a daisy. Sue enough he did. I asked what they used and they broke into laughter. I dont know how to spell and Iam not about to ask anyone but you will get the drift. Ok they used Masingal douche. I couldnt belive it but it worked! Now that its been said I dont want any comments! ( really thats what they used and it really did work) Man I would love to be a fly on the wall when you call your wife to pick up some on her way home from shopping. It really did work!! Marty

sap, we used to use a mixture for our hunting dogs that was developed by a chemist and has been widely publicized in many outdoor magazines. Mix one quart hydrogen peroxide with 2 tablespoons Dawn dishwashing liquid and a teaspoon of baking soda.
We washed skunk-sprayed dogs with this and it worked great. Don't mix it in a sealed container as it gives off gas.
You won't be as embarrassed buying hydrogen peroxide as you would the douche!!!

For a man to stand up and say they that....my hat is off to you. I would imagine it takes more of a man to say that than one to sit back and hold it to himself.
After my chuckles...I thought to myself..."myself you better remember that in case you run across a skunk or your dogs do:.
Thanks for the information.

I think it takes a bigger man to say he washes skunk spray with douche water.

2 Thessalonians 1:6-10 In these verses, there are dire consequences for NOT obeying the gospel. What the world claims as "saved" isn't gonna cut it! Learn what it is, in an eye opening true story, "Muscle and a Shovel", by Michael Shank.
