I just put one on my Mariner 150 about 2 weeks ago and have nothing bad to say. I am still in the break in period, but works as advertied. They do not sell reconditioned units, new only with all new parts. That beats a $1500 rebuild with a 90 day warranty or a new OEM for $4000 with a 1 year warranty in my book any day. BASSHAWK

The lower unit that Texas Outboards is selling are the SEI units that I mentioned. They might sell it to you and install it all at the advertised price. If not, you can order it and install it yourself in less than an hour. BASSHAWK
