Now that I sold my 08 6.4 I guess I need to come up with a new screen name.

Love it... I want to trade my 08 for one but with a paycut in my future I have to spend wisely.

The first 2 things I noticed were how much less road noise and a much softer ride than my 08. The torque this thing has paired with the new tranny is unreal. This new setup will hold higher gears at lower RPMs and not downshift. The peak torque being at 1600 RPM instead of 2000 like the 6.4 really helps. Another thing I have noticed is that this new diesel gives mt the same get up and go as my old one at less throttle and about half the boost. I would have to roll on the gas and make about 15-20 psi of boost to keep up with traffic from a red light. Now I use less pedal and only see 10 psi of boost for normal driving. Go drive on the first chance you get, you wont be disappointed!

Thanks, It will be used for my hotshot company. As soon as it's broken in, it will get 8-10 thousand mile a month.

Let us know a good average on mileage once you get it. Awesome looking truck. Ready to trade my 2005 in. My 08 would avg. 12-13 mpg city and highway combined. the first tank hand calculated out to 16.3. The SRW trucks will get much better #'s than mine. I have the 3.73 gears, the SRW's come with 3.23 or 3.55's. I needed towing hears because I will almost always be towing a heavy load.

You can scroll through several temp gauges, MPG and trip info, trailer info and brake controller settings, and vehicle settings and options.
