Anybody know if a 25 pitch fury prop will work right on a 1999 merc 225 efi???

I am currently running a 4 blade 25 pitch trophy prop.

I run a fury on my 225 EFI. Got it less than a month ago. It is a better running prop than the balanced and blueprinted Tempest plus 25p that Steve at SCP worked up for me. I had a hard time getting it right. It runs best 1/2 inch lower than my optimum jackplate height was for the Tempest. 2 more mph on top end on a Champ 206. It rips!!!!

Yes it should work fine. The EFI is a strong motor. You will have to experiment with the right height of it so you get the most out of it.

Just put a 25 fury on my 01 efi, it launches that champ outta the water now! Top end was low 70s with fully loaded, and full livewells. I still need to play with the motor height alittle, may go faster than what I expected?
