I was watching a show called "Fishing Docs" on WFN yesterday. This fella was fishing for monster Tarpon in Costa Rica. Well on the show they were also catching some pretty nice Jack Cravelle. I was pretty shocked to say the least when they said they made GREAT Table fare????? WTH???? The reason I posted this is I've seen the topic on here in the recent past. What the heck do they do different in Costa Rica to make Jack's Table Fare?????

I've always been told the exact same thing. From my buddy down in Florida that was a Commercial Fishermen to my local buddies here on the Gulf. Like I said I was like "WTH?????" When I heard in Costa Rica they make EXCELENT Table Fare????????? Rob
