When the water rises the fish will follow.
I'd chunk a spinnerbait or chatterbait first thing.

Open your eyes & look within, are you satisfied with the life youre living.
No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.

Go shallow early, 10' to 15' mid morning, that might get ya bit.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know when to go fishing.

Shallow early and look for creeks running in. Lots of fresh worms come sliding in

If the sun does not come out, stay shallow. You may be in or next to deep water, but you can catch them in 1-2 feet of water. I spanked them on Ray Roberts today in shallow water and I do not think they will move very far. It was raining pretty hard most of the day and they were slamming a buzzbait.
Around 1:00 pm the wind shifted and the rain turned cold. After that it was pretty tough.
I boated a 6-14, several 4+, and about 7 more.
