Heading to Livingston in a couple of weeks, hoping to catch some catfish on juglines and rod & reel. Have not been to the lake in my adult life. Any suggestions on where and how? Will be fishing from a boat, don't know if it has any electronics on board. Thanks!

Pretty much spawn time, channels should be on the rocks if there are any on Livingston, also fish are shallow. Try some fresh shad or some punch/stink bait.

Been a few years, but we did good on Danny Kings Punch Bait for Channel's and shad for the Blue's. Usually anywhere in the shallows with some wood. I sure miss the lake. My ex father in law has a place there. Something else I lost in the divorce!!
