i agree o.h Ivie is not that good of a lake i mean if we are gonna talk Texas fishing let's talk the east Yexas Big Bass Lakes... I guess you didnt get the memo, but OH IVIE produced more SHARE-LUNKERS than any EAST TEXAS lake.

I am going to start a shuttle service that will shuttle you from the ramp up to your rig that will be parked a mile away. JR, i want the shuttle from the ramp to your fishing hole, i'll worry about the truck to the ramp.

I would encourage Bassassassin annd all others that want to fish Big Bass Lakes to not waste their time going to Ivie. It is way out there, Prob like 4 hours from Dallas, and in the middle of no where, all to catch some sand bass. What a waste of a good day on the water!! So exercise your right to fish where you want and stratch Ivie of your list of lakes in Texas.

HAHAHAHA Jerry. You wouldnt be calling ME 'tight lipped' now would you?? Lyin' Layne Pipes caught the fish late friday afternoon late. 13.4. Marlon Hart was the net man/photographer...then he also got an 11.5. I could only manage a 'mere' 8.6. Mainlake grassy points. There are pics but on Laynes camera...it'll take a couple of days...I'll post 'em as soon as I see 'em.

Boy, I'm glad there were two witnesses in that boat!!!  That's awesome for Layne!!!! I really glad to see old Marlon finally getting him a hawg!! I looked all over for you guys Saturday and couldn't find you. I caught my fish just to the North of where I heard Lanye got his.

come on now whttail...i think i musta missed your coordinates post a few weeks back now...LOL!! hag, i got mine just south of there...stayed there all day, lotsa fish...good fish. as long as the wind blows, its great...Sunday was tough tho...nice day but not enough wind. i like the calmer days but if you stay in when the wind blows youre missin out.

Sorry that took so long, there were some...technical difficulties...so to speak. These guys are easing into the 21st century...they had a camera...just didn't realize it was in the video mode. Had to make pics from videos!!
