Throw anything shallow and you will get bit. Just nothing big.

Just kidding. The old choke standard, white double willow blade has been working well. If it has red in it, even better.

find the points out with the deeper grass from 12ft to 20 ft and you will find some bigger fish, alot of fish up shallow but are just smaller bass

I caught a lot of dinks on a camo Senko and also a watermellon Senko. These were all caught in less than 10ft of water. We fished deeper points with different lures types/colors and still nothing larger than 3 lbs. Pretty sad for 4 straight days of fishing. We were really hoping for a 5 plus pounder.
