OK, a quick google search brings up a TWPD publication that shows that, in the state of Texas, in the 57 years to 2005, there have been 15 documented alligator attacks on humans and ZERO fatalities. I did not search any further since you said 7 years ago.
Nevertheless, it does not mean they are harmless either.

well i am back. i must say simple simon you truly live up to your name. i dont know how long you have been incarcerated at the rusk mental institute, but a chill pill is the medicine that your friend the nurse administers to you through your rectum when you go nuts with your internet searches and consumption of yours and the others fecies. she is sadly not paid well enough to have to go through putting up with you.

Well, swimbait master, it's good to see that you got to come back and speak your peace, and what really matters the most is that you retained your dignity, obviously taking great pains to not look like some kind of a clumsy, hateful, semi-literate degenerate who can't spell "dog" properly.
Way to go, bro!

archie if you are going to attack me on "dag's", "bro" is a term for north texas yankee jacklegs. do you north texas boys ever laugh or make jokes? seems to me that maybe you should try a little relaxation maybe tennis or golf is more your thing. fishing has you too wound up, i know not being able to catch anything but grass is frustrating. so go hit the courts or course and unwind, BROTHER.

Fished Lake Raven a lot of years and know of some dogs taht were staked out being taken but no humans. As for the fishing...ten feet of the boat ramp dock is a good spot for Crappie. The bass fishing used to be good there a few years ago, we had one at the boat that would have gone over 10 but she got off before we could net her.

My boat ain't purdy and may be old, but she still floats!
