Have you ever been out of Fork, Rayburn, Tawokoni, TBend, Texoma, in the pitch black, you cant see at thing, and one of those head lights that attaches to your hat doesnt cut.

I think this is awesome. Great idea and looks cool.

I got the red ones on my deck and in my livewells, white in my boxes. It's awesome, reminds me of the red like district! HEHE!!!

Just trying to remember to turn my lights off backing down the ramp!

I have led lights on mine and have a dimmer switch. I also have them in the rod locker box and want to add some in the livewell. It helps to see at night... Mine also have a blink switch on them so you can really pimp out.LOL I just need some disco music and I am set

clicky and 10th question down i think.

Sorry to say but bugs around here are attracted to them, you will also need a dimmer switch on them as well or else you lose all of your "night vision" with them turned on.

I dont believe bugs are attracted to them, we have some of the head lamps with led's and the bugs never come around us, but once we turn on this little lamp thing my parents have they swarm around... so I think this is a great idea but how would the battery not just completely drain with all the lights???

You need to put a shelf or cover on the top of them, some kind of lip or over hang. I have mine done on my decks,

the first time out (Seally's big Bass/Fork) i realized real fast that my night vision was altered, but i could see everything on the boat. After installing the lip, i can see the decks even better and everything @ my surroundings.

LED's are some bright lights when your out on the lake- nice job!

red or green wont drown your night vision.. if so, all the tank drivers in the army would be running into each other.

nice job, and they do help a LOT at night. no more fumbling around trying to fish stuff. i have red ones coming for my boat deck. i had them on the last boat, and fished a LOT at night- never once had bugs attracted to them. the rear white ANCHOR light sure nough did though!!!!!! glad i didnt have to fish back there!! LOL!
