Another great day on Tawakoni. landed over 270 fish keep 75 all over 12" NICE AND FAT smile 6 of to days catch were Stripers witch were from 7 to 9 pounds. Man am I tired of cleaning fish laugh laugh laugh

Yeah, it was easy pickin's today for sure....its been this way for the past 2 weeks. It should continue like this for the next 4 weeks or so (for sandies).

I did not find the sand bass got there early caught shad found the birds working, but they stopped when i came in pulled up 150 yards away and used the electric motor to get close.Worked hard until 2:oo went home listened to a guide at the lauch that said he had caught 40 or 50 and i saw him most of the morning using the same thing i did any advice.

I was using slabs and putting then on the bottom then pulling them up abot a foot and dropping them. All the fish I got Friday & Saturday were on the bottom. the smaller fish are up top. I hope this helps you out some. smile

Saturday we caught forty one decent Sandies and threw back about a dozen or so between 3:30 and dark on various points.
