One time shot,we load a 5 gal bucket of brew per sack. Sink it an ride away.The turtles and fish pretty well trash the sack and it eventually breaks down.
We dont ever bait a hole to reach from the bank,strictly boat fishing in more open waters.

If you can't find the burlap sacks, try a fabric store or two. I bought burlap by the yard before. Just gather it up around the chum and tie off the top with heavy twine.
