thinking about Sat morning early ??

i didnt do so good this afternoon

any reports on water conditions?
is is dirty all the way to the Dam??

no ,north side of the island dirty and lots of trash floating around .went to the danm found fish stacked for about 3 min and they were gone .nice day to be on the water but i could not find fish that you could stay on.

I am with Crapykrazy as far as the fishing. It was slow this evening. Could be the lack of wind. The water did not look muddy to me. I stayed on the south end. Just lots of stuff floating around.

It was my first night back in 2 weeks and I caught only 1 drum. I'm guessing the fish moved off of the mudflats!

it did not inspire me to get out of bed this morn and try beat the rain. tomorrow will be a great day weather going to rest up for that.might hit an afternoon run if the weather is good.

Lookin pretty good for this afternoon and tomorrow. I'll be fishing from work this afternoon.

anybody going in the morning? Going to be out there early 8:00 or so taking my little girl out to have some fun! we will be in a blue champion if you see us dont be a stranger.We might need a little advice on where to find them if the birds arent flying!

Looks like me and my little one will be hitten the lake around noonish Sunday. Hopefully I can find them then.

we went out on monday and the birds started about 8:15 on the east side of the island just hoping they will do it again!

Here is a report for you guys. It was good to meet a few TFF guys out there today. Brushpile was one of them and I can't remember the other guys names, but they were wearing them out! Good times.

My buddy and I went out Sat am early and caught the morning bite in the south end of the lake in 4 ft of water .....chart green roadrunner magnum w/spinner and pearl grub worked very well ..... great top water action also.... ended about 10 ish... we checked the humps by the dam and found them stacked in valley between .... then we move back north and found several schools south of the island.. lots of boats and fish... chart and white slab with a silver skirt produced very nicely here used the drag and drop method.....after lunch we headed back to the island area... windy and a lot of birds in the area some working some wafting...the bite was still on and we pulled fish most of the afternoon..
late afternoon we ran into a few TFFers near the island, good meet everyone.
right at sundown we headed way south and found the topwater again on a point near azle city park... fished there until way after dark ..

all in all we kept our limit and totaled over 130 fish yesterday.... A really good day to be on Eagle Mountain Lake..
