I and the Family will be there all weekend any advise on the fishing spots.

I will be there but I won't be fishin till sat afternoon or evening.

Will be there with some of wifes family. Looking at the weather forcast you better bring a battery operated fan because the wind won't be blowing enought to keep you cool.

I'm thinking about getting a shack or something out there. Any suggestions on where to look for land?

Didn't get a chance to fish alot due to the wind. Caught a few Fri. evening before the wind but after that it was tough.
Land may be tough to find due to restrictions so your best bet is to find a marina. We stay at Kenny's Landing and others stay at Anchor Inn. We would like to buy some land also eventually but most likely it will have to be off the water. If you look and come across any good deals let me know if you don't mind. We can't do anything for a couple years but would like to know what we might be dealing with.

Thanks for the reply, I will let you know if I find anything. I have only been to Tawakoni a couple of times, but have really enjoyed it. We stayed at a friends cabin on Fork this weekend and was tempted to hit Tawakoni Monday morning, but slept in after a late night of crappie fishing.
