I have made it 4 months without a single chew, chewed cope for almost 18yrs, alot of chewing gum and excercise. One other thing I noticed is since I quit I havent had a heart burn in 4 months either, used to have to take some sort of heartburn medicine atleast once a day. Temptations, and the triggers are still there but are easily resisted now.

Congrats that is quite an accomplishment. The cravings will lessen but you will still have them for years. The will sneak up on ya out of nowhere usually when you are doing something you have not done since you quit.
