I want to congratulate my dad, Steve Taylor, for winning Angler of the Year on the Lake Fork JC Outdoors indidvidual trail. I'm proud of him for staying positive all year even after all of his gear was stolen out of his boat, fishing out of his comfort zone when the conditions changed, and making every cast count when he couldn't get much time to pre fish. It's his dream come true. Good job Pops!

Thank's fella's. To KVDWho- Thank's for all the times you went prefishing with me. Not only trying to find fish but just getting to spend time hanging out on the water. Redskeeter, no it is not easy. Thank's for you advice and alway's answering my question's no matter how stupid they were. To Mark Howard who's testamony and fellowship one night leaning over Casper at Cedar Creek helped get me back on the path with God. To my Wife and best friend who alway's give's me encourgement and support. She talked me into not giving up on a cold December tourney morning when all my stuff got stolen. This trail has been alot more than just fishing to me. Making alot of friend's and being blessed to be out in nature is amazing, and I cherish every moment of it. To actually compete against people like T-Ross and M. Picou in this series was truly an honor for me. Steve Taylor

Congrats bud. Those Dec., Jan., and Feb., tourneys were real character builders. I guess I will have to start PMing Red Skeeter next year. LOL I eked out a fourth overall and never won a dime, but had a blast. Good job Mark nicely run series. I will get my revenge at the Championship!(Yeah right)

Champion1, Pming Red Skeeter Didn't get me there. He just really helped me with my confidence in trying new stuff. I will let one secret out that he helped with. C-rigging a Pink-eyed chugger on a 8' leader really secured the Championship. Sorry Billy. Good job one the forth place finish.

Steve, you certainly earned that AOY my friend. I really had a great time fishing this trail and especially with my daughters making almost all of them. The wheels fell off the bus for me at the 5th event and I just could not turn it around. You held on steady and secured the title -- CONGRATS!!!!!!! It was great to get to know you this season and I look forward to many more years of friendship. I'm looking forward to the next Individual series out there and I hope my daughters will once again spend the day with ol' dad -- freezing conditions and all...
