http://aviationweather.gov/adds/winds/

http://www.usairnet.com/cgi-bin/launch/code.cgi?Submit=Go&sta=KTYR&state=TX

These are nationwide but you can navigate or zoom in to your local area. The ADDS site works well on mobile web, I have not tried the other one.

the weather forecast come from an area NOAA office the office you might want would either be ENNIS or Shreveport got to the national weather service 7 day forecast
http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php...96.6291&e=0

at the bottom right side of page click on hourly weather graph there you can select the parameters that you want or dont want and time that you want the graph to start. I would estimate that 80% of the weather sites get their numbers from the NWS and if your not happy with their forecast you can do research like I have and find out who is in charge of that office and email them complaints

The best place to look is sailflow.

Here is the page for Lake Lavon:

http://www.sailflow.com/windandwhere.iws?regionID=118&siteID=1581&Isection=Forecast+Graphs

This is for the DFW area with directions and speed:
