For you carp anglers out there, just wanted to tell you guys that if you are in the lake Texoma area, go to the Hagerman National Wildlife refuge. They are spawning in there big time!! They are everywhere! Over by the low water bridge by the info center, there are shallow bays. Carp splashing as far as you can see.
