I decided to try Aquilla today for the first time. I could not find the Old School ramp off of FM 933. I launched at Dairy Hill and attempted to go across the lake but because my boat is not all terrain, I did not want to chance it in the shallow water. I attemped to fish near the bridge but it was too windy. Can anyone tell me how to get to Old School ramp is?

Turn onto hcr 2126 off of 933. About half mile down it turns and you will continue down hcr2127 and dead end at the ramp. The distance from 933 to the ramp is barely a mile.

Fom Dairy Hill, turn right as you leave the park, proceed to the intersection and turn right again, cross the dam and at the next highway turn right again (headed back to whitney), then at the first right(not very far) turn and follow that gravel road (don't turn off from that road) to the end which will be the corp ramp... that road is all gravel and either dusty or muddy. But, the fishing from that ramp is usually sheltered better from the wind and you will not have to cross the lake.
