I was out of town last week, but my wife said that in the paper was an article about a new flathead record being caught out of Belton. 48lbs? Anyone else hear about this?
Look around but didn't see anything on this.

I also heard a few people talking about it. I belive it was the rod and reel record because the previous record for rod and reel was 47 lbs and the trotline record is 77 lbs.
Justin 63lb, 2 58lb, several 40's, 38lb, and several 20lb yellas.

Yes, it was on Rod and reel but I'd like to know what part of the lake it was caught on.

Theres a spot in cowhouse that has produced lots of big ones in the past.
Justin 63lb, 2 58lb, several 40's, 38lb, and several 20lb yellas.
