G&S Trolling Motors here in Houston sells them to me for $1, I keep a few with me always.

TM dealers have them for $1 each. I keep about 10 on hand and change them often.

I replaced mine with a 1/8" drill bit. Just cut it down to size and it fit great. Soounds like an actuall replacement pin is cheaper, but a drill bit will work in a pinch.
