I went out for a couple hours to a central Texas lake (unnamed :D) on Wednesday afternoon to field test a new Reaction Attack bait that is soon to be released. Not a bad sack for less than 2 hours! We boated around 40 fish altogether, with maybe half a dozen of them weighing under two pounds. As someone who has trouble finding time to get on the water, this is the kind of afternoon you hope for! Conditions were overcast, slightly rainy and a little windy.   All fish were released to spawn and live another day

Looks like you had a pretty good response to the new bait. Maybe you should invite me to your lake and see if my baits work there too. Congratulations on the success.

That unnamed lake doesn't seem to bee to bad. You ever fish an "Operation World Record" pond/lake? Oh probably not, I kinda forgot..they (TPWD) have a few public spots, but 1 private one Nice fish!

One of my staffers fished a private lake a while back that was on a trophy bass ranch. They moderated and managed their lakes to grow trophy bass which they sold to places like Bass Pro Shops and Cabelas. In ten minutes he caught a couple 7's, a couple 9's, an 8 and a 12. I'll be headed down to Lake Austin next weekend to do more texting. It's a hard life

Cool deal...it really is a ard life  , So when can I get some to test out??? Hell, I'm going to the lower laguna madre to go flats fishing, need me to test some out there for ya?
