Went out today looking for some good numbers of fish, and man did I find'em! The fish are starting to hold on some of the humps and main lake points. I caught fish from 3' to 24', schooling on top with a little bird action, slabb'en up from the bottom, and of course with the rattle baits. Really good numbers and size! Also alot of main lake spawners still doing there thing on main lake points. Caught about 8 Hybrids total, 6 legals and 2 almost legals. Sorry no pics today I left the cam on the desk in the office.  I didn't keep count but I was probably catching them around 100 an hour or so. All in all a really GOOD day on the FISHED OUT Lake Lewisville. I don't think that this little low pressure and cold front system coming through this weekend will hurt'em to bad, probably just slow'em down for a day or two. FISH ON!!

Really good to hear. Now, just don't say anything else the rest of the year, so we aren't bumper to bumper out there.

Blew the engine last December...and then doing my "winter work" in Kansas City and now Atlanta. It won't be long, and I'll be hitting it hard (every day)!!!!! Can't wait!!!!

Just got back from a short trip. Took awhile to find some shad, but once I did it was good. Fished from 2 till 3 and caught 4 hybrids and lost 2 more. Also caught 5 or 6 good size whites. One hybrid was 17 1/2, 2 were 19 1/2 -20 1/2, and the best was just a hair under 23 1/2, which is my best so far. Not bad for an hour of fishing!!!
Wish I could have stayed longer, but things to do and work tonight.
All fish were caught (and released) in 17-20 feet.
