Here's a rainfall totals map of the area. It looks like Ivie (east of San Angelo) missed the worst of the rainfall so far, but I'm guessing the heavy rains up around Big Springs will end up in Ivie in the next few days. Maybe someone more familiar with the watershed out there can chime in.

Every, creek, draw, ditch, is running full in and around
the city limits. Beals creek off Midway Road, and Beals Creel-
on North Birdwell below the sale barn is flowing, and on the
rise.
Rain just began about 20 minutes ago. AGAIN!
It will go into the Colorado; then on into Spence.
Spence is so low, CRMWD. will kept it there.

JBT, is just now beginning to catch some flow off the Colorado,
and Bull Creek.

Thanks Bittercreek

In other words, it's come up about 4" or 5" since the 15th. Thanks for the link. It will be interesting to watch for the next few days to see if it gets more of a rise from the upstream rains.
