Couple of weeks ago on the river I saw a jug line, but it was tied to a tree. I guess the guy didn't want to go chasing the jug.

Has anyone found this to be a good method for jug fishing. It seems to give more movement than a flat limbline, but still keeps any big cats from taking your jugs 1/2 mile the wrong direction.

Man, that sounds like a pretty good idea to me.

If it is tied to something it is no longer a jug line. It might be a limb-line or a throw-line.

For me chasing the jug is part of the fun!
