Put in around 6 last night and was shut out. Out of the water by 7:45 and a biker just rolled into the lot yelling that her car had been broken into. She left her car @ 7:10 and was back by 7:50 to see the damage. I asked a few bank fishermen if they witnessed it and they all said they just arrived. Death penalty to thieves and this all ends. Simple enough. This poor lady was enjoying a bike ride on her bike she paid for thanks to her hard work. Arrived at the lake via her car she had worked hard to pay for. Then a thief who blames society for their hardship steals goods from her. Disgusting. 6 total cars in the lot. 1 broken into. Im not on the thieve's side at all but what would you be will to do to feed your family when things got desperate. We all need to be thankful for how fortunate we are. And i do feel bad for the girl. That is a really nice part of dallas; you wouldnt think that there would be much of that there.

If I had to take two jobs to make ends meet, then that is what I would do. We are living in a society now that wants something for nothing. I grew up a little differently. You worked for what you got. I have no sympathy and am unable to empathize with a thief.

Im right there with you.....Theres options.....99% of thieves arent stealing to feed their family....alot of them are stealing because they are scum bags, others steal to "feed" their drug habit, and others steal because stealing is what they do........Theres wellfare, theres unemployment, as bad as the economy is theres still hourly positions hiring I see signs everyday. Im not on the thieve's side at all but what would you be will to do to feed your family when things got desperate. We all need to be thankful for how fortunate we are. And i do feel bad for the girl. Can't empathize with em either. I've worked two jobs and was never home, but I didn't steal from another hard working person who deserved to have what they worked to get. Get caught stealing from me and you better be fast enought to dodge rain drops...or slugs.

It probably wouldn't be all that awful of an idea if you'd see clear to let us know which parking lot at White Rock this occurred in. Know what I mean?
If I catch someone in my stuff, he's gonna be singin' a sad tune, plain and simple. I've fished White Rock since the freakin' Fall of Saigon and there are certainly more dirtbags hanging out there than there used to be. And, I sure miss the days when the place wasn't like the Tour de France. Can't hardly walk the bike path any more.
I wouldn't, myself, never join a religion that restricted my diet; see, I don't want to get into heaven that way. -William Fontaine de la Tour D'Haute Rive

This is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. If you are able enough to go out and break windows in people's vehicles and steal there stuff, you are more than able to get off your butt and get a job.so let me get this strait you would go out and steal to take care of your family and risk dying for it,ignorance. What a family man

Poor lady its a shame I would love to be there just to see the arss hole breaking into a car even if it wasn't mine.. Had to many things stolen an no justice has been served time for new law .. the law of MR.44mag..they live by street law we should deliver street justice....
