Buying a new rod tomorrow and want to spend $100.00. I don't fish that much but i want something of fair quality. Any suggestions?

I love castaway. Go to bps and browse, their rods are actually pretty decent, too, and you might be able to get more than one for that price.

Spend $10 more and get a bucoo. Its a heck of a rod for the money.

Falcon or get the St Croix mojo bass---its a very good rod, and i usually only fish Falcons.

Don't be fooled by all of those ultra expensive rods being sold these days. There are dozens of quality rods out there that are under $100. If I had an extra $100 laying around, I would grab up one of the new Abu Garcia Vendetta rods for $79.99!!

H&H HXS series is a great rod for $99 and its built here in Houston.
