Over the weekend I went fishing at a friends stock tank and caught 19 bass which 90% of them had some kind of growth likw these pictures show. Has anyone seen this, any explanations? Flickr /

Bass use their mouths and tails to scoop out their nests.. I suppose that could be sore from spawning.
