Guys Palestine is blazing hot right now if you know where to go. Told my boys about taking there 91 year old uncle out yesterday and showed them the pics of our 50 slabs, and my phone was ringing at 5:30 this morning. I didn't answer it until 7:30 so we got a bit of a late start but managed to grab 33 and all of them but a couple were pushing 2 pounds. The haul:  My boys with some of the big ones:   And of course yours truely with the big one of the day.  All fish caught off docks in 5' to 10' on chartruse/green hand tied and green/black/chartrues hand tied jigs.

Damit I wanted to hit up Palestine but settled for Joe Pool. The wind was fierce and and the only thing I caught was a boatload of carp. The boat is still in the back of the pickup. Maybe I should hit Palestine up in the morning.
