 Awesome week on Fork

We had the best week of fishing on Fork that we have ever had. We arrived Monday morning and fished till Friday morning. Someone is bound to call BS on this but if you were there, you probably had similar results. We caught over 150 fish. Monday-Wednesday were by far the best bite. Thursday and Friday...not so much. Almost all fish were caught on a green pumpkin Zoom centipede on a split shot rig. Most fish were shallow and were most likely on or near beds but we only saw 3 or 4 active beds in the areas we fished. Water was stained to murky but was clearing all week. Fished Glade on Monday and Friday and saw 60-68 degree water. We mostly fished in Big Caney from the 154 bridge south all the way to Alligator Cove. Biggest fish caught was a little over 8. Absolutley awesome fishing week.
