Took a day off in the middle of the week with a Good Friend and we went to Tawakoni. Started out in the morning at Finger Point. Caught a few schoolers. Headed over to Black point caught some nice Magnums on Little Georges, Chrome/Blue. It seemed as fast as the action started, It stopped.

Went over to the Dallas pump station and trolled with Hellpets, caught some more magnums. There were about 6 boats there. Everyone I saw trolling was caughting some fish.

We finished our trip out in front of Wolf cove, past the humps, in 25-44 ft water. We trolled with HellPets. Caught a few more sandies, one blue cat and I caught one 10.3 lbs Striper. We were in 44ft of water when the Striper hit. "Was it Hot". Pulled off the water about 1:15 pm.

I think the fish knew I had it in the boat. That's why we did so well.

yea guys, Bobby is painting me up some special ones, I'll let you know how they do, the sample lure I had today did draw a crowd.
