heading out this week, since all the fish seemed to have disappeared from EM, wondering what yall think the best place to catch a few bucket mouths would be right now

Its a little bit farther west than EM but Mineral Wells State Park is a good lake. It is small so you can't run wide open but it is a lake where you can put in, drop the TM and start fishing. You also don't have to deal with a bunch of people like you would on the bigger lakes. The lake has a lot of grass around the edges and is only around 6' deep at the dam.

i'd be loooking at Hubbard Creek if I lived over on that side.

IVIE is fun, but a killer drive from rockwall... yuck. smile LOL!

Fork is on fire right now, my dad is fished today and caught two 9 1/2 lbers and caught about 5 or 6 over 7! Ill post the pictures once he send them to me tonight
