Sorry for the poor video quality. Never quite seen anything like it,but was sitting on the patio a few minutes ago,and thought I kept seeing some smoke coming from my fence.Watching closer,a tree just budding out next door,was literally, emitting a PUFF of something every few seconds.. The last 20 seconds shows several of them...Right @ 33 seconds you can see a very obvious one,just center/right. Ill try to get a better recording...

Actually I couldnt see anything in the video, but that is pretty cool... you should find out what kind of tree it is.

I've seen cedar pollen "explode" off a tree. A sound and then a cloud of pollen in the shape of the tree.
