A quick trip today for a one man limit, my usual fishing partner, my wife was sick or we could have had a couple of limits. Fish bit 12pm-2pm on Big Marv's under a slip cork 2' deep ove hydrilla in 5' of water. It was in a pretty well know bass fish spot along a windy shore line that probably saw several hundred rattle traps and spinner baits this past weekend. The white spot in the back ground is a dead gar carcas. I was casting to that bush to catch these fish.

Thanks guys. Have aways had good catfishing on Rayburn but the tips I have picked up here have upper the average size and number.
This was a spot where I have had success with floating noodles before, first good catch on rod and reel. The floating noodles usually yiled some 7-10 lb blues. Bad thisg with this spot is that in a month hydrilla and lily pads will be thick.
