Last evening we noticed a big red Dallas fire rescue boat and a Dallas police boat were out at the buoys on the end of the rock jetty. Whenever a boat would come by too close, the Dallas police Boat would head them off.
The nearest boat ramp is the Roberton Park West side where there's a TV camera truck with a tall antenae.
Anybody know what's going on?

They said on the news that they were searching for I think a female drowning victim, I do not know any details

Dallas Morning News says they are looking for a lady that was supposedly murdered and dumped by some Gangsters..

Well,that explains why they had the west ramp parking lot blocked off Thurs.morning. I had launched on the east side by the Texas Queen at sun-up, and when I was leaving at 10am, I noticed all those vehicles in the west parking lot, with cones across the entrance to keep you from going in there.
