Thats a nice fish. Y'all do know that lake has produced 2 over 15 don't ya? I know both guys that caught them. One has since passed away.

Thats a nice fish. Y'all do know that lake has produced 2 over 15 don't ya? I know both guys that caught them. One has since passed away. I didn't know that. Have been fishing that lake for 10 years or so and my biggest there is 8.5lb.. There are some nice ones in the lake. Jody

All those little east Texas lakes hold BIG bass. A 15 lb'er could come out of any of them. East Texas just offers perfect conditions to grow big bass. Congrats on the fish! And welcome to the double digit club. LOL!!!

Oldgringo how bout a congrats or something else besides did they eat it. Come on man I sincerely hope the fish was released unharmed. (BTW, it is legal to eat them.) Of the couple of times I've fished the Thursday night contest, I've seen people standing in line for weigh-in holding their bass in their hand WITHOUT a live bag. I've been to the Lake Jacksonville ramp on more than one Friday morning and have seen buzzards on the beach next to the ramp eating large (18+") bass that apparently were killed during weigh-in or otherwise mishandled during the event. Congratulations are in order IF the fish was released unharmed; otherwise, NOT.

I'm pretty sure Franky has been a member to the double digit club for a long long time. Definately not his first Rodeo..
