Politicians, baseball players, high-powered corporate CEO's they all seem to eventually let us down. Nature, however, does not. Look to her for inspiration and you will learn the secrets to living a good life. The most Important lesson it would seem is to make sure you spend as much time fishing as anything else.

Been to Canyon hundreds of times and caught 1 fish over 8 lbs. I guess it was just my time. All the effort I put in that lake and the lake gods finally gave me one. The only reason I like Canyon is cause it is close and I know I can catch 10-30 bass a day. Nothing may have any size, but it sure is a blast. Also like strolling by party cove every now and again to check out the beautiful scenery there. LOL!! But I have seen some solid 7's and 8's pulled out of there at some tournaments Ive fished there. Havent been to Canyon in about a year, Maybe it is time I head back.

ok ok ok if you need pictures I guess I will bring my camera with me when I am there. Clear water lakes are really cool to me since I grew up seeing dirty water in Louisiana!! Really tests your ability to find and catch fish!

Land was created to provide a place for boats to visit!! It is when pirates count their booty that they become mere thieves. ARRRRRR....
