Anything better than the rubber mount? Just bought another set, this has turned into an annual ritual.

Bass pro in Gvine has some toggle bolts called snap toggle you can see them at http://www.toggler.com/. I replaced my rubber bolts with these and have not had a problems with the motor coming loose since.

minn kota makes a hard plastic mount simalar to the rubber ones, have never seen one of them fail
