Plain ole worms for at tank. Its too early for hoppers or else I would go that route.

I forgot about grasshoppers. i havent used them much, but i've
heard how well they'll catch the channel cat's. A friend of my dad's caught well over a limit on channels with grasshoppers for bait in the brazos river
