Went to Texoma with my dad Saturday morning and launched the kayaks at Walnut creek. Water was a heavily staind to slighty muddy. We fished the steep banks across from the marina throwing chartruese/white deep diving strike king crankbaits trying to bounce them off the bottom. We caught three fish doing this. We caught two more bass off of some wood stumps. Black/blue Rage Hawg and junebug Lake Fork crawtube got the last two bites.

The waves were getting bigger and we decided to pack up and head to ray roberts. We launched our kayaks at the 372 bridge and fished north of the bridge. Dad caught a small bass about the size of his hand on a blue/orange Rapala split bodied crankbait. I fished the rip rap on the north side of the bridge and caught two bass on a black/red with chartruese tail Lake Fork lizard. The bass seemed to be relating to some type of green, algae, scum grass. IDK what this stuff was but the bass were there. We went under the bridge and fished the shoreline on the right, also covered in some type of grass or algae, and my dad caught a 5.9 lb bass on a H20 square bill crank. The wind was blowing strong and pushed us back to the bridge. We found the trees/shoreline broke the wind around the far right corner of the bridge so we paddled in that direction. The far right corner of the bridge was covered in the grass and we each caught one small bass on Lake Fork lizard and crankbait.

ME holding my dads bass.
