OP FoldCatOne Extreme Angler F Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 1,269	What would be considered "average hours" on say a 115 hp Yamaha motor??? Would 300 running hours on a 2005 motor be high, med, or low hours (assuming they are actual and there is an hour meter on the motor).

If it has, it is not uncommon to never shut the motor down the entire day offshore. 1,500 hours on a recreational motor is very common. Plenty of offshore guides will log over 3,000 hours before repowering.
