I am thinking about coming down to fish Fork on Sunday and Monday. I will be a in a 10ft 2 man bass boat.
Any suggestions on places to launch?
Where I launch is pretty much where I will fish.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

you can launch in little caney and there is a lot of good/wind protected water in there.. If the wind isn't bad you can launch at Pope's and fish around there and the Little Mustang area.
Good Luck

Coffee Creek Marina is usually pretty protected, and if they are even still open, Pope's Landing in Mustang is a good spot as well.
Set the hook first, ask questions later!!!

The problem with the ones on the map, the one up at Raintree is really the only one protected from a south wind. and not very well then.

I believe "The Cove" in Williams cove has a boat ramp that you can get out of the wind in a small boat pretty good as well

Mustang, Little Mustang, Williams or Little Caney. Done it many times in my Coleman Crawdad.

The ramp on 17 in Williams is better than the ramp at Pope's and better protected as well.

Little Mustang is the best area for a small boat imo. Williams will work and so will mustang...just bigger water there..

Good Deal. Sorry about questioning that. I was curious to know. I worked at the store there 2002/2003. Hope the old place is still doing well. Haven't by that way in a couple of years now.
